What to do if you find yourself in financial difficulties
Northridge is committed to helping our customers through the bad times as well as the good. We have a dedicated support team ready to help you the best we can with your finance agreement.
We understand that your circumstances may change over the period of your loan and could affect your ability to make your payments. Redundancy, losing a job, a reduction in working hours, illness or a new baby are all examples of changes that can put a strain on your finances.
If you are struggling to keep up with your financial commitments, or think you may have difficulties in the future, it’s important not to ignore the situation or pretend it’s not happening. There are solutions and help available. You’ll find free support organisations in the Managing Debt Leaflet.
Working out a personal budget with a simple breakdown of your money coming in and how you spend it will help you understand how much you can realistically afford. This will also show the most important areas you should focus on.
Taking control of your finances and getting back on track could be easier than you think. Doing nothing could make things worse.
Call us on 0800 917 0932* – we are here to help in anyway we can.
