Make a Payment

There are many reasons why you might want to make a payment to your agreement, such as:

  • To cover a missed direct debit
  • To make an overpayment
  • To settle your agreement
  • To pay your arrears

If you’re wanting to make a manual payment, make sure you can afford to do this.

If you’re finding it hard to make your payments or struggling with your finances. We can help. Speak to one of our agents before making any payment. You’ll also find support information about free, independent debt help and advice from a number of organisations on our Help & Support page here.

If your direct debit wasn’t taken from your account, we’ll automatically reapply for the payment. You’ll get a letter in the post and the direct debit will be requested again within 7 days from the date on this letter.

You can make an overpayment at any time. You will find more information and details on how to make the payment here on our Making a Partial settlement page.

No problem, but make sure you’ve generated your settlement figure first so you clear your agreement in full. You can get more information on our Clearing my Agreement page here.
