Personal customer or a sole trader?  Manage your account using the Northridge Self Serve App.

With registration you’ll be able to see:

• Your current balance. 
• How much it would cost to clear your agreement
• When your next payment is due
• How long you have left to pay your agreement
• How many miles you can do each year (PCP agreements only)
• What you’ll have to pay at the end of your agreement if you want to keep your car (PCP agreements only)

You can also:

• Update your contact phone number
• Change your address
• Request a copy of your credit agreement. If your agreement was signed using a digital signature, you can download it straightaway.
• Change the bank account you make your payments from
• Change the day of the month you make your payments (this is subject to conditions)
• Add all of your accounts  with us.  This includes accounts you’ve had in the past but are now closed.
