Please note that whilst any correspondence/requests posted to our head office will be actioned as soon as possible upon receipt, use of the options within the Customer Toolkit section of this website or email to customerhelp@northridgeuk.com may result in a more prompt resolution to your query.

If you wish to request a customer call back, for example if you are feeling particularly vulnerable, this can be requested via email above.  We will endeavour to respond as quickly as possible but please be aware that during periods of high enquiries, responses may take up to 2 working days.
