Managing your agreement isn’t always easy.  We know things can happen in your life which mean you’d like us to make some changes to how we support you.

Why should I tell you about my personal circumstances?

We want to do everything we can to make sure you get the right support. Any information you give will help us understand your situation.  We’ll use this to see what we can do to help make managing your agreement easier.

Is the information I give you safe?

Will I be treated differently if I give you this information?

We’ll make any adjustments we can to make managing your agreement easier.  We won’t judge you or give you a worse service because of anything you tell us.

What can you do to help me?

We offer a number of different options such as writing to you rather than calling you.  You’ll be able to tell us if there’s anything particular you need and we’ll do what we can to assist.

If I need additional support, will this impact my agreement?

No, requesting additional support won’t impact your agreement.

What if my support need isn’t listed on the Customer Support Form?

Don’t worry, we’re here to help. You can speak to us by calling our Customer Service Team on 0800 9170931.  We’re open Monday to Friday from 9.00am to 5.00pm

What can I do if the support I need changes?
