You can choose to manage your agreement in way that suits you. We provide digital and online solutions giving you access 24/7, all year round!
Our Digital/Online options
We provide two options for you to manage your agreement on the go:
1. Our Northridge App
The Northridge App is available for download from Google Play for android devices or the Apple App Store for iOS phones and tablets.
2. Our Self Serve Portal
If you don’t want to download our app, you can use our Self Serve Portal to register/log in on your browser.
Once you’ve decided what way you wish to manage your agreement, registration and features for both are the same!
To register you will need:
- Northridge Agreement Number – this has 12 numbers and you’ll find it on your agreement or any letters we’ve sent you
- Date of birth
- Bank account number – this is the account you make your monthly payments from

How many miles you said you’d drive each year (PCP agreements only) | Add all your accounts with us. This includes accounts you’ve had in the past but are now closed. |
What you’ll have to pay at the end of your agreement if you want to keep your car (PCP agreements only) | Request a copy of your credit agreement. If your agreement was signed using a digital signature, you can download it straightaway. |
